The steam injection unit is used in the proofing chamber to generate the heat and humidity necessary for dough fermentation. With an integrated sensor system, the unit automatically adjusts and maintains temperature and humidity levels within the chamber. It is designed to be mounted on the external panel of the proofing chamber, outside the chamber itself. The humidity range is between 60% and 95%, while the heating range is from 20°C to 70°C. The unit effectively covers an area of 10 cubic meters.
