The multi-production dough sheeter is characterized by the technology and precision required to transform dough balls into round loaves with a diameter ranging between (10-30) cm. The sheet cylinders are made of Teflon, and after the sheeting stage via the sheet cylinders, it moves to the sheeting stage via special dough sheeting belts, equipped with an operating switch with (overload), the external structure and parts are made of stainless steel, the ability to control the amount of flour sprinkled on the surface of the loaf, thanks to it being equipped with a mechanism for spraying flour that prevents its waste and scattering outside the sheet.
