This machine receives the fermented dough balls and performs the following tasks:
I - Pressing Head: It presses the dough balls while lightly sprinkling flour over them.
II - Conversion: The dough transitions from the initial sheeting phase to the final sheeting stage.
The dough sheets are automatically directed towards the final sheeting phase. The dough sheets pass between Teflon rollers, where the final sheeting occurs according to the desired thickness. Later, the dough sheets move towards the final fermenter. All parts in contact with the dough are made from high-quality materials that meet food safety standards. The machine is equipped with a complete control panel to regulate the sheeting speed. The loaf thickness can be adjusted from 2 to 8 mm. The sheeting rollers are made of Teflon, and the conveyor belts are made from non-stick materials.
