Dough Proofing Machines

This machine operates with a vertical basket system to minimize size and space. Dough balls are automatically transferred to the next machine. The baskets are made of stainless steel and are coated with felt, or they can have polyamide compartments to prevent dough from sticking. The side doors are made of stainless steel with transparent plastic openings for easy visibility and are designed to open and close using a sliding system on an aluminum track. The entire unit is fully enclosed in stainless steel to maintain dough moisture. It is used to rest dough pieces coming from the rounder machine before shaping them into their final form. The structure and components are made of stainless steel, and six different sizes are available for various production capacities. The machine features a viewing window at the entrance to ensure proper placement of the dough. The baskets are interconnected by a robust chain system. Power consumption is very low. The dough baskets are designed to hold dough weights ranging from (30 to 1000) grams. The machine is equipped with a flour dust collector at the bottom and is fitted with wheels for easy mobility.
