Dough Proofing Machines

The machine features a viewing window at the entrance to ensure proper placement of the dough. The baskets are interconnected by a robust chain system. Power consumption is very low. The dough baskets are designed to hold dough weights ranging from 30 to 1000 grams. The machine is equipped with a flour dust collector at the bottom and is fitted with wheels for easy mobility.
