The cutting mechanism operates using an air-pressure-driven blade. The machine has a production capacity of (500–1800) pieces per hour, with adjustable dough weight ranging from (35 to 250) grams. It features a food-grade stainless steel hopper to prevent dough from sticking and comes with two cutting molds. The cutter is equipped with a pneumatic compressor, and all components in contact with the dough are made of food-safe, non-stick materials. Both the auger and the blade are constructed from stainless steel. A speed-controlled electric motor ensures optimal production efficiency. The machine is encased in stainless steel and is fitted with wheels for easy relocation.
