This machine features a simple sheeting system where the dough is automatically received using an air system. The dough is transported via air pistons, capacitive sensors, and food-grade stainless steel fans. It is equipped with a conveyor belt to remove excess flour and stainless-steel trays. The blade supports are made of thick stainless steel, preventing any bending of the blade and ensuring that the blade makes full contact with the surface of the roller. The machine includes a mechanism for sprinkling flour on dough balls, ensuring flour economy and preventing waste or scattering outside the sheeter. It also features an electronic control system to regulate the amount of flour sprinkled on the dough's surface and the dough conveyor, preventing the accumulation of flour on the surface of the dough. The flour spraying system is equipped with flour barriers to prevent spillage outside the flour tray. The sheeting rollers are made of hardened food-grade stainless steel (Hard Chrome) to prevent wear.
